Interactive Products & Services
The Procurement Support Group have developed two main interactive products BITS and BOBS.
BITS - Buying Information Technology Solutions is a guide to take you through an IT procurement. It provides advice, documents and a number of interactive features. One such feature is the European Procurement Threshold Table which provides guidance on the appropriate procurement method for your project.
BOBS - Business case Options and Benefit Schedules is a guide which helps you to prepare a business case in the format recommended by the Scottish Executive. The guide is also however suitable for small projects. It contains a number of interactive features such as the Discounted Cash Flow table, benefits criteria and risk analysis tables which enable you to produce an accurate analysis of the different options you consider.
BOBS is downloadable free from this web site but is also available on disk if required.
